The newly added MEMOLUB HPS PLUS models include an integrated visual feedback system, providing clear indicators of operation and alerts for any issues, ensuring reliability and ease of maintenance across a wide range of applications.

THE RIGHT VOLUME AT THE RIGHT FREQUENCY.
There are 7 basic frequency settings that are suitable for most industrial applications. They are programmed by installing one or a combination of the three colored timing rings into the ring holder attached to the brass fitting. When you screw the MEMOLUB lubricator onto the brass fitting, the timing rings depress the switches on the bottom of the lubricator. The combination of the depressed switches will determine the pumping frequency. Included in the kit are eight spacer washers for adjusting the amount of lubricant discharged per pumping cycle.

A POWERFUL AND EFFICIENT PUMP
The Memolub HPS Series pump is engineered to deliver powerful output pressure (25bar) and is capable of pumping low- and high viscosity lubricants at extreme temperatures. Thanks to the patented electro-mechanical technology inside, the system is safe for the negative consequences of system back-pressure.
