Memolub International, a global automatic lubrication systems manufacturer has strengthened its position in Australia by acquiring a majority stake into its local distributor, Systematic Lubrication Solution. Daniel Richardson keeps his position as Managing Director and stays on board as co-shareholder.
This acquisition is the next step in the Memolub strategy to get closer to its customers, to offer tailored services to the market and to develop future products based on first-hand customer feedback. Last year Memolub opened an affiliate in Santiago, Chile with the same philosophy in mind. With these 2 new subsidiaries, Memolub is consolidating its expertise in the mining industry.
