What sets the Memolub CONNECT PRO apart is its seamless integration with LoRaWAN and Bluetooth, enabling short distance and wide-area communication, even in hard-to-reach zones. Combined with ultra-low power consumption and long service life, it offers a cost-effective and scalable platform for connected lubrication.
Each Memolub CONNECT PRO unit supports up to 8 lubrication points, delivers 25 bar ejection pressure, and offers up to 62 frequency settings, all adjustable either locally or remotely through the cloud-based Memolub CONNECT Series portal. Our lubricators can be positioned up to 8 meters from the lubrication point, supporting everything from cleanroom equipment to heavy industrial machinery.

Just like the Memolub VISIO Series, the Memolub CONNECT Series is quipped with a powerful AI-driven monitoring system that detects issues such as clogging, back pressure, and empty cartridges by analysing vibration and acoustic feedback within the pump. Users receive instant visual alerts via integrated LEDs, making it easy to monitor system health at a glance.
This data is continuously relayed to the online platform, where maintenance teams can access key operational metrics, including lubricant flow status, cartridge volume, mechanical health, temperature trends, and battery levels, all from one intuitive dashboard.
At the core of the Memolub CONNECT Series is Memolub’s patented Adaptive Ejection Technology, a smart, pressure-safe mechanism designed to ensure consistent lubricant delivery under all operating conditions. This technology, trusted across industries, enables the CONNECT Series to handle demanding applications while minimizing system stress and improving reliability over time.
The Memolub CONNECT Series is also compatible with MEMOLUB OIL R-500, a refillable 500cc oil reservoir, and can be powered via battery or 24V, making it adaptable to a wide range of environments and energy setups.

Initial rollout in 40 countries
MEMOLUB CONNECT Series is now available in an initial selection of 40 countries across Europe, the USA, and Australia. This marks the first step in a phased international rollout. Additional countries will follow as Memolub continues the development of its connected lubrication solutions.
Customers can seamlessly integrate the Memolub CONNECT Series with their existing LoRaWAN infrastructure and gateways, or choose to deploy the system using a gateway selected by Memolub for its industrial-grade reliability and performance.
